Meet Your Trainer

You’re about to love children’s user research.
I’ll make sure of it!

Hey! I’m Megan. After graduating college, I was on my way to becoming a teacher when I landed an internship-turned-job at Leapfrog Toys. There, I helped run the research labs that tested toys and concepts in production alongside talented creatives in the children’s product space.

It was the first time I realized I could combine working with children and creative development in one space and I was hooked!

Today, as a leading expert and educator on kids’ user research, I help companies plan and execute children’s research in technology, media, toys, and education. And, I teach courses on children’s user research both online and in graduate and undergraduate programs worldwide.

I do what I do because I believe in childhoods full of imagination, creativity, and play. And if you love working with kids, I’d love to help you do it, too!
